CranioSacral Therapy

Introduction to CranioSacral Release Therapy

So What is it exactly?

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) - a gentle but profound therapy. CST is a light touch therapy which is most often deeply relaxing. CST works directly with the body's tissues, but can also have a positive effect on the energy systems that connect the body, mind and emotions.

Regional Positional Tissue Release (RPTR) is an advanced technique of CranioSacral Therapy. RPTR is used to locate body positions that are most helpful in releasing lesion patterns.
